Shipping Policy
All orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped out within 24 hours of placement (always quicker when we can), excluding weekends and public holidays. For all orders received before 1pm (ACST) on business days, will be dispatched on the same day. As soon as orders have left our warehouse they are out of Fuoco Chilli Oil’s control and are in the trusting hands of Sendle, Australia Post and FedEx. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout so you can receive your tracking number from us but updates from our shipping partners too.
Please note that Fuoco Chilli Oil will not be held responsible for items that are left unattended by your local postal service. Once an item states ‘delivered’ on our tracking system, you must take up any enquiries with Australia Post.
